Leads payroll operations for approximately 16,000 U.S. and Canadian employees, managing a 16-person team, regulatory compliance, tax administration, reconciliations, audits, controls, and complex pay practices. Owns payroll systems and integrations across Workday and ADP, leads implementations, M&A payroll workstreams, process improvements, testing, cutovers, and operational transitions. Partners cross-functionally to ensure accurate, timely, compliant, and scalable payroll operations.

Processes ad hoc payments by check or corporate credit card, verifies documentation, approvals, and coding, and maintains accurate payment records. Coordinates with requestors, approvers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and payment inquiries. Ensures timely, policy-compliant payments, escalates issues, and supports process improvements. Requires strong data entry accuracy, organization, communication, analytical skills, and at least one year of office or corporate experience.
