Job DescriptionAs a systems administrator specializing in SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goal Management and Talent Intelligence Hub, you will play a pivotal role in implementing innovative solutions to meet our organization's human capital management needs. You will leverage your expertise in SAP SuccessFactors modules to drive efficiency, improve user experience, and ensure seamless integration across our HR systems landscape.
Responsibilities:
1. Development: Contribute to key initiative development and customization of SAP SuccessFactors PMGM and Talent functionalities, including configuration, custom extensions, integrations, and enhancements.
2. Support: Learn and understand Nielsen’s configuration and existing implementation. Diagnose issues and provide leadership on administrative tools and functions that resolve user and system errors.
3. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of developed solutions to ensure they meet functional requirements, quality standards, and performance benchmarks, and address any identified issues promptly and effectively.
4. Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including design documents, specifications, and user guides, to facilitate knowledge transfer, training, and ongoing support.
7. Preferred - additional module support in Compensation and Variable Pay, LMS, and Qualtrics. Learn and understand Nielsen’s configuration and existing implementation. Diagnose issues and provide leadership on administrative tools and functions that resolve user and system errors.
Qualifications1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
2. Up to 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Talent development, configuration, implementation, and support.
3. Accreditation or Certification in SAP SuccessFactors PMGM and TIH modules, with a strong understanding of underlying data models, business processes, and integration capabilities.
4. Preferred: Experience with Qualtrics experience management, manager assist, and integrations between SuccessFactors and Qualtrics
5. Preferred: Accreditation or Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay and LMS, with a strong understanding of underlying data models, business processes, and integration capabilities.
6. Experience with full software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, agile development practices, and project management tools.
7. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
8. Strong commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and staying abreast of emerging trends and best practices in HR technology and SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem.
