The Opportunity
As a SuccessFactors LMS Platform Owner you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the organization's digital learning platforms to facilitate employee training and development. This role involves overseeing the platform's functionality, user experience, and performance to ensure it aligns with the organization's learning objectives and technological standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the DD&T learning platform in partnership with HR and in alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, define project or initiative scope and provide work effort required.
- Work with UAMS LMS support team to review any new work effort required as a result of releases, project work or platforms making changes that impact LMS.
- Train UAMS on new features released on the platform
- Monitor quality and performance of UAMS
- Vendor Management - Meet with SAP regularly to stay updated on the roadmap, learn about any specifics relating to the platform and prepare for new features and to escalate issues and push for resolutions.
- Manage configuration of the SuccessFactors (SaaS) LMS platform, BizX, APIs and integrations with other systems (Workday, EDB, Edcast LxP, etc.).
- Act as Change Manager (in ServiceNow) for all configuration changes in the LMS platform
- Evaluate semi-annual SaaS releases for organizational impact (including interface impacts, EDB, Workday, LXP etc.), facilitate review meetings to discuss impact with stakeholders and provide consultative recommendations for release strategy.
- Manage other technologies within Learning function that support the LMS (ServiceNow LMS Request forms, BOTs, etc.)
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data security and compliance.
- Monitor platform usage, analyze data insights, and implement improvements to enhance user engagement and learning outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with data security regulations and industry standards in managing the learning platform.
- Provide technical support, training, and guidance to users on utilizing the platform effectively.
- Access Management, for elevated access to specific application areas, being the approving authority
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of the LMS platform.
- Provide SME SuccessFactors LMS Support for Audits.
- Manage and mentor direct reports who are also supporting the LMS
- Attends TGOV (Training Governance Meeting) and represents LMS platform team in discussions about business training deployment impact.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in managing LMS platforms (preferably SuccessFactors LMS, Cornerstone or Saba ) or similar systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Excellent leadership, and Face-to-Face interpersonal skills, strong interest in collaborative work with customers. Requires ability to successfully facilitate and lead meetings across functional teams.
- Excellent/strong system analytical skills for determining best integration solutions and for issue resolutions.
- Expert in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience in vendor management
- Excellent meeting facilitation skills
- Experienced leader within an organization and experienced managing global teams including outsourced providers.
- Knowledge of e-learning standards and technologies.
- Experience with ServiceNow Ticketing tool as well as JIRA.
- Previous experience in software selection, vendor management
- Experience with Learning Experience Platforms (LXP).

Salary
As a motivated employee, you should be compensated appropriately. The minimum salary for this position is € 4450 per month (full time), but your final remuneration package may be higher depending on your qualifications and experience.
