We are looking to hire an HR Information Systems Specialist to join our team! We are looking for a functional, technical and creative out-of-the-box thinker and doer. As an HRIS team member you will take an active part in leading HR projects, implementing and maintaining our Human Resource information systems, and providing technical guidance to HR Operations.
What will you actually be doing?
- Design, maintain, and troubleshoot the HRIS and related systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability
- Enhance workflows and implement automation to improve operational efficiency
- Contribute to the development of strategic frameworks and roadmaps that support various HR functions
- Assist in configuring integrations between SuccessFactors and third-party or custom-built solutions
- Share system and product expertise with team members to foster knowledge transfer and collaboration
What should you bring to the table?
- Demonstrate strong hands-on experience in system administration, configuration, and process optimization within HRIS environments
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with the SuccessFactors system
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent relevant experience
- Strong passion for delivering exceptional service and support
- Demonstrated technical aptitude with a data-driven and analytical mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to leverage technology to solve business challenges and drive organizational goals
- Quick learner with the ability to acquire new skills through both guided instruction and self-directed learning
- Collaborative team player with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
