Razorpay was founded by Shashank Kumar and Harshil Mathur in 2014. Razorpay is building a new-age digital banking hub (Neobank) for businesses in India with the mission is to enable frictionless banking and payments experiences for businesses of all shapes and sizes. What started as a B2B payments company is processing billions of dollars of payments for lakhs of businesses across India.
- Provide real-time system monitoring for Razorpay’s top merchants and enterprise-wide transactions, with immediate stakeholder alerts during performance issues
- Transform merchant key metrics into actionable business intelligence through comprehensive data analysis
- Execute timely communication to stakeholders during system incidents or data anomalies
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards for internal performance tracking and metric visualization
- Identify meaningful patterns, trends, and inferences through data analytics
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve issues and implement improvements
- Proven ability to manage and interpret large-scale datasets
- Hands-on experience with business intelligence tools and data manipulation techniques (Tableau, looker etc)
- Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work 24/7 in shifts
