THE ROLE : SUCCESSFACTORS CONSULTANT
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Must be able to translate client business needs to technical business requirements. Must possess strong analytical skills.
- Ability to confidently articulate information identified for delivery to the client.
- Must have good documentation skills and should be able to work in global environment.
- Ability to work on multiple projects same time and flexibility to handle the customers from different time zones.
- Experience defining, implementing, and supporting business processes.
- Good understanding of incident management and change management.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Experience with data migration and data management activities in SF
- Experience defining, implementing, and supporting HCM business processes.
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and with others; self-directed; take initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks. Results-oriented
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, rapidly changing team-oriented environment.
- Train and Mentor Junior team members.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Minimum 6 years of experience on SuccessFactors Implementation projects
- Professional certification in EC is mandatory, but if the candidate has very good end to end implementation experience, we may be OK with Associate Certification in Employee Central.
- Certification in at least one more modules of SuccessFactors is preferred.
- Ability to conduct workshops with the customer and capture the requirements as per the workbooks.
- Ability to interact with the customer understand their current solution and propose recommendations for the betterment of their solution.
- Ability to lead the projects and manage the work of junior team members on the project.
- Experience with handling customers and communicate with them well.
- Experience in configuration of EC with Time Tracking and Position Management etc.
- Ability to create MDF objects, Business Rules and Workflows for various scenarios.
- SuccessFactors People Analytics / ORD / Adhoc Reports experience
Good business knowledge of various HR processes and Talent management processes.
Required Education
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.
