Regional Change Lead – Demand to Renew (D2R) Global Transformation Program

The Change Management Lead will enable Rockwell Automation's Enterprise Transformation to an outcome-based and data-driven organization by employing and delivering Change Management strategies. This includes ensuring changes to business processes, systems and technology, and organizational readiness for the Demand to Renew (D2R) initiative. Demand to Renew paves the way for a single connected experience that enables a seamless end-to-end customer lifecycle that maximizes value, minimizes risk, and optimizes time.
The Change Management Lead's primary responsibility will be executing and enabling our strategies and plans that maximize customer and partner adoption and usage while minimizing risk and resistance within our external ecosystem. The Change Management Lead will work closely with the Change Management Leader to develop strategies that drive engagement and adoption and achieve greater proficiency in the changes that impact internal and external users to increase benefits realization, value creation, Return on Investment, and ultimately the achievement of our Enterprise Transformation results and outcomes.
The Change Management Lead will also work closely with Market Access and Customer Experience business partners and Demand to Renew Program Teams to ensure the integration of change management activities into project plans. You will report to the Director for Strategic Planning and Operations, Data, Analytics, Insights and Innovation. You will help lead Change Management and Program Operations for the Demand to Renew Transformation initiative.
Your Responsibilities:
- As the Change Management Lead, you will
- Support the Demand to Renew Program in developing and managing Enterprise Transformation change management activities and tactics.
- Lead Success Enablement for the External Experience initiative, ensuring Customer and Partner Ecosystem audiences are aligned and equipped to implement new ways of working effectively, maximizing program benefits
- Conduct impact analysis for new ways of working and develop persona profile slides
- Develop a communication plan based on release milestones
- Develop supporting communication materials as outlined in the Communication Plan
- Capture feedback post go-live and recommended next steps for iteration
- Please note this role does not have managerial responsibilities
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
- Experience. Typically requires 12+ years' work experience in change management, organizational design, business impact measurement, customer success, sales enablement, or product marketing
- Expertise. Certifications (PMP, CPTM, CIT) are advantageous but not mandatory. A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process; experience with Prosci ADKAR® Model is a plus
- Specialization. Experience with JIRA, Confluence and Atlassian suite a plus; prior experience with agile and other program & portfolio management methodologies is a plus
- Communication. Product marketing experience is a plus
- Global Mindset. Ability to work in global, cross-functional teams and partner with colleagues in both business and technical roles
- Equanimity. Must have excellent conflict resolution and people interface skills.
