Job Description

North America Software (CAD, RMS, Command Center Applications) Director to lead agile team focused on Subscription Application Integration & Definition

• Accelerate large project revenue to meet quarterly business goals

• Develop rigor, process, scorecard metrics, and discipline to streamline technical, complex, and traditionally lengthy software deployment activities

• Coordinate and track revenue projections and team resourcing based on Sales and Pre-Sale pipeline of commitments

• Lead pre-contract work and transitions to post sale deployment on traditional longest lead deployment activities

• Drive and accelerate Annual Recurring Revenue on subscription based software deployment projects

• Assemble project Deployment Team, act as a leader with 'dotted line' support from other teams critical to success, ensure process and deployment activities are starting as early as feasible, and ensure pre-contract revenue flows through to revenue recognition

• Ensure vibrant and cohesive collaboration with business partners, team members, and customers, alike

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4 Year College Degree, MBA preferred
• 5+ Years experience with Motorola public safety software (CAD, RMS)
• 5+ Years leading and managing teams
• 5+ Years experience with software interfaces, provisioning, data conversion, and GIS
• 5+ Years experience managing revenue, P&L, budget, subscription management, financial forecasting, and project scheduling
• Microsoft and Google suite expertise

This position is a remote position and candidates can be located anywhere in the US.

This position is subject to working in high security areas governed by the US Department of Justice's "Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Security Policy" and therefore requires successfully passing a more stringent fingerprint background check administered by Motorola Solutions Inc. customers

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 5+ Years experience with Motorola public safety software (CAD, RMS).
• 5+ Years leading and managing teams.
• Must be able to obtain background clearance as required by government customer.
