What’s on offer?

We're looking for a full-time Tender Submissions Coordinator to join our tendering team ideally working out of our Campbelltown Office however options to work out of either the Dapto or Thornton Office may be available for the right candidate. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with our regional teams by coordinating the preparation, management and submission of high-quality tenders, proposals and capability documents. Working closely with operational, commercial and leadership teams, you’ll play a key role in ensuring submissions are delivered on time, meet client requirements and showcase Fulton Hogan’s capabilities and values. You’ll be part of a supportive team environment where no two days are the same.

What you’ll do?

  • Coordinate the preparation, formatting and delivery of tender submissions, proposals, pre-qualifications and expressions of interest.

  • Collaborate with operational teams and subject matter experts to gather content and supporting documentation that meets client requirements.

  • Manage submission schedules and deadlines, ensuring all deliverables are completed accurately, compliantly and on time.

  • Review, edit and format submission documentation to a professional standard, ensuring accuracy, consistency, clear messaging and alignment with company branding and client requirements.

  • Maintain submission records, templates and content libraries while tracking outcomes and contributing to reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the wider tendering team as required.
     

How you’ll connect to the role?

We're looking for an organised and motivated individual who enjoys coordinating projects, working with people and supporting the delivery of high-quality outcomes. This opportunity could suit someone with experience in administration, executive support, customer service, communications or someone looking to build a career in submissions and tender coordination. You'll be someone who can manage competing priorities, communicate effectively and work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders to meet deadlines.

Experience in the construction, engineering or infrastructure industry is helpful, but not essential, as we're open to candidates who can bring transferable skills, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Strong Microsoft Office skills will set you up for success in the role, while experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro or tendering processes would be an advantage. Above all, you'll be a team player who enjoys learning, taking initiative and contributing to the success of the wider team.
