About the Role 

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Subject Matter Expert who has deep domain expertise in [e.g., home inspection, pricing strategy, customer operations], driving quality, accuracy, and excellence. You'll collaborate with teams across locations, verticals and training—ensuring our practices reflect the highest standards and serve both customers and stakeholders effectively.

What You’ll Do 
  • Serve as Opendoor’s go-to expert for Market Ops
  • Develop, review, and validate technical documents, policies, training materials, and SOPs
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure domain integrity and alignment
  • Lead or support training sessions, workshops, and internal enablement programs
  • Audit real-world operations (e.g., home assessments) and coach teams
  • Identify process gaps, propose enhancements, and drive implementation
  • Monitor regulatory or market changes and adjust Opendoor’s practices accordingly
  • Contribute to knowledge-sharing
