We are currently seeking a qualified Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the QCTO Occupational Certificate: Franchise Manager (NQF Level 6) programme aligned with the Services SETA curriculum and quality assurance requirements.
The purpose of the qualification is to equip learners with the competencies required to maintain franchise relationships, support franchise partners, develop operational guidelines, evaluate franchise performance, manage business growth opportunities, and oversee training and communication within franchise systems.
Requirements
The ideal SME should possess:
• A minimum relevant NQF Level 7 qualification
• At least 2 years’ proven managerial or training experience related to franchising
• Strong knowledge of franchise operations, contractual relationships, business performance management, customer relationship management, training, and operational planning
• Experience in QCTO occupational qualifications, curriculum alignment, learner support, assessment guidance, moderation, and training material development will be advantageous
