Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Subject Matter Expert - GBS SIOP in Chennai, India.

In charge of maintaining materials/purchasing data, supply data and information to other production departments, coordinate contracts, maintain Certificates of Conformance for all suppliers, and create and maintain outsources parts schedules.

What a typical day looks like:

• SIOP Assessment and Deployment

• SIOP Execution Summary

• CFT Collaboration – SCS, IDM, CoE

• IDMS Implementation Support

• Global SIOP Tasks

• SMART Planning – SIOP Drive / AWS Demand Intake / Regrello Deployment

• Preparation of SOP’s and training documents

• Backup plan (Incident mgmt. / CAPA / FMEA Documentation)

• Leading Internal Audits/Metrics driven Org

• Improve process efficiency and effectiveness through VSM, NVA elimination, and

• process automation (Pocket Kaizen / SGA / IKW)

• Best practice sharing

• KOI/Metrics analysis & improvement

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Engineering Graduates

• Experience: 7-10 yrs. Planning/ Supply Chain Purchasing, Planning and Supply Chain knowledge/experience

• Mandatory Knowledge of MS Office, RR Kinaxis, BaaN, Pulse Dashboard

• Proficiency: ERP/P2P systems BAAN / SAP/ Oracle / Kinaxis / Pulse Knowledge of Engineering BOMs, product structure, EOL, ECO Management Knowledge of
  complete planning cycle including MPS, MRP, Demand Planning, Materials
  planning, Production planning.

• Communication, both verbal and written, is an important part of this role. The job holder is required to exchange information, ideas and views on business related matters concerning the Planning function, throughout the Company at all levels.

• Innovation: The jobholder is required to show a willingness to question traditional methodology and make recommendations on new ways of approaching problems and improving existing processes
