About the location:

On Colombia’s Caribbean coast, in the historic city of Cartagena, Four Seasons is revitalizing a collection of landmark buildings dating as far back as the 16th century. Acerca del rol:

Dirige uno o varios servicios de alimentos y bebidas en los restaurantes, asegurando una experiencia coherente con el concepto del establecimiento. Guia a los huéspedes y clientes en el conocimiento del concepto y los productos, siempre enfocado en satisfacer plenamente sus expectativas. Además, fomenta un ambiente laboral marcado por los estándares de FS, creando experiencias memorables tanto para los clientes como para los miembros del equipo. También brinda apoyo al gerente en el cumplimiento de los objetivos relacionados con calidad, resultados financieros, higiene, formación y ambiente laboral según los lineamientos de Four Seasons.

Lo que vas a hacer:

  • Garantizar la secuencia de servicio establecida según los estándares de FS durante el servicio.
  • Controlar los tiempos del pase de comida garantizando la comunicación entre servicio y cocina, así como tiempos de entregas.
  • Actuar como punto de contacto para los huéspedes, gestión de quejas y resolución de problemas
  • Control de horarios y asignación de turnos.
  • Controlar los inventarios y comandas.
  • Asegurar los briefings y formaciones diarias.
  • Profesional en hotelería y Turismo o áreas afines o 10 años de experiencia equivalente.
  • Certificación en algunas de la siguientes: Mixología o Enología. (Deseable).
  • Nivel avanzado de inglés
  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en servicio de restaurantes de alta calidad como supervisor o 2 años como subgerente general en entornos de alta demanda inventario de carnes premium y vinos de alta gama.
  • Experiencia en la implementación de estándares de servicio como Forbes o LQA. (Deseable)
