As a Residential Electric Meter Installation Sub Foreperson here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in leading and supervising a team of electric meter installers for residential properties. You will be responsible for overseeing the installation process, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining high-quality standard by auditing the work done. In this role, you will report directly to our Foreperson, and you'll work out of our designated location in the residential area of Orillia, Ontario on a full-time, on-site work schedule.
In this role, you will have a significant impact on the successful installation of electric meters in residential properties, ensuring accurate readings and efficient energy consumption. You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the installation team, providing technical guidance, and resolving any issues that may arise during the installation process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and supervise a team of electric meter installers for residential properties
- Coordinate and schedule installation projects, ensuring timely completion
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Provide technical guidance and support to the installation team
- Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the installation process
- Continuous Auditing of the work your installers conduct
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Sub Foreperson Role
- Journeyman certificate

Hourly rate for this position is $59.36/hour as per the CLA Union IBEW, Local 353 located in Toronto, Ontario.
