Job DescriptionThe role is part of the Source to Pay Team in Manila. The role is responsible for handling simple to medium Subcontract activities and provide Procurement support to AECOM Project team, and supplier relationship and performance management while driving compliance and delivering strategic value.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Follow and enforce procurement related policies and procedures.
- Develop understanding of subcontracting terminology.
- Foster relationships internally with stakeholders and externally with suppliers and other groups.
- Present the subcontracting and procurement process to stakeholders in an effective manner.
- Assist the business when projects depart from basic procurement principles.
- Communicate effectively, resolve conflicts, solve problems, and make efficient and effective supply management decisions.
- Perform subcontracting and procurement functions.
- Develop understanding of procurement systems and tools.
- Assist with preparation and solicit Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Requests for Quotation (RFQ) for all services and goods.
- Prepare and executes Purchase Orders and Subcontracts.
- Negotiate deviations from company terms and conditions and minimum insurance requirements.
- Maintain subcontract and procurement documentation.
- Contact subcontractors for timely submittal of proposals and clarifications.

QualificationsMinimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and +2 years of related experience in engineering, procurement, and/or construction environments in a multi-location project-based industry.
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in subcontracting or other procurement functions.
- Ability to understand subcontracting and procurement terminology.
