Sub-Regional HR Business Partner
GCE Group is part of ESAB Corporation and engaged in the development and manufacture of all types of equipment for pressure and flow control of high-pressure gases. GCE has grown rapidly since its founding and is leading the restructuring of the European gas equipment industry through mergers and acquisitions of companies.
Location: France or Italy
Key responsibilities:
• Partner with regional leadership to support business strategy and execute HR priorities.
• Consult, coach, and advise managers on organizational development, talent management, employee relations, and change initiatives.
• Drive the implementation of HR policies, programs, and regional initiatives.
• Manage recruitment, performance management, engagement, and HR projects across multiple countries.
• Analyze HR data and metrics to provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Ensure alignment of HR strategies with business goals and regulatory compliance.
Your background & expertise:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in international/matrix organizations.
• Proven experience across HR functional areas, with emphasis on organizational development and talent management.
• Strong consulting, coaching, and communication skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams and levels.
• Fluency in English and one local language (French, Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese).
