Overall Responsibilities
The Sub-Grants Assistant will be responsible on day-to-day activities of facilitating and administrating the process of solicitation, award, assessing sub-grantee capabilities, monitoring of program and financial performance/progress, grant compliance, sub-grantee capacity building, sub-grant process documentation & retention, audits, application of sub-grantee compliance plans or corrective action plans, evaluations and close out.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, or Finance related
Required:
-
Min 2+ years of relevant professional experience in a similar post.

At least 1-2 years’ experience working on a donor-funded project, or Non-Governmental Organization preferred.
Added Value:

Experience in the use of Enterprise Resource Planning tools.
Knowledge and Skill:

Solid computer skills especially on spreadsheet modelling.

Highly organized, fast learner with good interpersonal and time management skills.

Capacity to deal with multi-tasks and be able to adhere to tight deadlines in a busy environment, and excellent time management skills.

Communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing.
