We are currently recruiting a Style Advisor for our Chadstone Fashion Boutique.

ABOUT THE JOB

The Style Advisor at Chanel plays a pivotal role in directly engaging customers, embodying the brand's vision and boutique mission on a daily basis. They serve as the frontline representative, delivering a unique and luxurious experience to all customers while connecting them to the brand beyond mere product sales.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE ROLE

Through their passion for Fashion, solid sense of styling and storytelling of CHANEL collections and true understanding of customers, the Style Advisor offers personalized and relevant styling advice to clients on day-to-day basis, building the Dream of CHANEL on the boutique floor. Not only do they inspire the client but also our people whom they continuously infuse Fashion and styling by leading by example on the CHANEL excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Inspire clients to discover new ways of styling and share styling tips.

  • Style cross-collection alternatives pieces reproducing the collection silhouette.

  • Build the CHANEL difference, by passionately storytelling our brand Heritage, Style, Creativity, Craftmanship and Sustainability.

  • Set Brand standard in terms of personal Image, by always being refined, sophisticated and welcoming.

  • Assist Fashion Advisors to prepare their clients’ wardrobe for their RTW appointments in relevance to client’s profile, personality, style, and lifestyle, and standards of top-notch styling advice.

  • Set the right plan in motion to successfully achieve individual targets and support boutique targets.

  • Contribute to One-House strategy partnering with Watches and Fine Jewelry when relevant.

  • During the buys: share own clients’ preferences and help build boutique buys preparing for client appointments.

As a Style Advisor, you will directly contribute to the brand's mission of engaging consumers and providing unsurpassed service while fostering long-term client relationships. You will inspire clients with storytelling on the CHANEL Allure and how to express their personality wearing CHANEL.

Success in this role requires a strong passion for luxury fashion, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-centric environment. You should enjoy building relationships, working collaboratively with a diverse team, and staying updated on industry trends and product offerings.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Retail or customer service experience, preferably in the fashion or luxury industry.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.

  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

  • Proven teamwork abilities with a collaborative approach to achieving shared goals.

  • Demonstrated selling skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Dedicated to building and nurturing long-lasting relationships with clients.
