Labcorp is seeking a remote Study Database Designer to join our team in Bulgaria.

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday, standard working hours.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Support Supervisor in managing the operations of the SMART database globally, including but not limited to:

    • Responsible for delivering quality technical services related to assigned clients.

    • Ensure the consistent use of standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Review the clinical protocol and make appropriate recommendations.

  • Translate all documented customer expectations in Labcorp database in order to provide seamless services.

  • Manage and solve technical changes, issues and concerns globally.

  • Support a culture of continuous improvement, quality and productivity.

  • With project team members, develop solutions, resolve issues and approve internal database loading/ design plan globally.

  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications to design customized documents.

  • Other duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications:
  • Two-year associate degree or 1 or more years of relevant Labcorp experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • ​ Bachelor of Science degree.

  • One or more years of clinical trial/ development project experience.

Additional Job Standards:
  • Fluency in English

  • Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrated success negotiating routine job-related situations.

  • Ability to use computer applications (i.e. Windows, Word, Excel)

  • Strong customer service skills and demonstrated attention to detail.

  • Proven record of driving continuous improvement.

  • Demonstrated a high degree of initiative and ability to work collaboratively.

  • Extensive PC experience required: exhibit both speed and accuracy.

  • Demonstrated ability to plan and prioritize.

  • Demonstration of contribution to teamwork.

  • Strong tolerance for stress.
