ICF Next is looking for a Studio Production Manager to join its team.
The Studio Production Manager is responsible for the successful planning, coordination and delivery of creative and production services across the Studio portfolio. Acting as the primary point of contact between Project Managers, Communication Managers, Creative Leads, Designers, Motion Designers and external suppliers, the Studio Production Manager ensures that deliverables are produced on time, within budget and according to agreed quality standards.
The role combines operational coordination, resource planning, production expertise and stakeholder management to ensure the efficient delivery of Studio services.
Production planning & delivery
• Own the production plan for print/design/social media projects from intake to delivery, balancing scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Translate briefs into clear technical specs.
• Build and maintain schedules and capacity plans; proactively flag risks and mitigation options.
• Update internal resource planning depending on projects lifecyle Studio workflow and quality check
• Oversee the workflow of design resources to ensure smooth allocation, scheduling, and delivery of production and adaptation tasks.
• Run quality checks against brand guidelines and technical specs; manage corrections and change control.
• Ensure linguistic versioning where required.
• Maintain an organised asset repository with versioning.
Supplier management
• Source, brief, and manage suppliers
• Negotiate and compare quotes Internal and external stakeholder management
• Serve as day-to-day contact for internal teams and clients for production topics, setting clear expectations and providing timely updates.
• Partner with Creative team and PMs to balance feasibility.
• Facilitate handovers between creative and studio, ensuring all inputs are complete and accurate.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Production/Print Management, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of production management experience in an agency or in-house studio with significant print output.
• Proven track record delivering multi-format print campaigns (brochures, reports, OOH, packaging).
• Experience sourcing and managing external suppliers Skills & Competencies
• Planning, multitasking, and attention to detail; calm under pressure.
• Clear, proactive communication; ability to translate technical detail for non-experts.
• Vendor negotiation and relationship management; solution-oriented mindset.
