Life at TodayTix Group
We thrive in a nimble, growth-oriented environment where adaptability, curiosity, and a bias toward action help us stay ahead of the curve. We move quickly, iterate often, and expect everyone to take ownership of their impact - because we're building the future of live events, and there’s no script for what comes next.

New joiners are set up for success with a 90-day onboarding journey, complete with clear goals and measurable milestones. We believe feedback fuels growth, so we hold twice-yearly performance reviews focused on impact and development.

Above all, you’ll be working alongside a team of collaborative, passionate, and kind humans - people who love theatre and live experiences, and who support each other just as much as they challenge each other to do great work.

We are seeking outstanding applicants of all backgrounds to join our team to bring new voices, talent, and perspectives to the table. We encourage all to apply.

About the Role:

ARTHOUSE is the latest addition to TodayTix Group’s portfolio of brands. Our team specializes in crafting inspiring and impactful marketing campaigns to engage and expand a show’s viewership. We leverage data, combined with top-tier ticketing solutions, to guide audiences through the exciting journey of discovering shows to purchasing tickets.

We’re looking for a skilled Studio Manager to join our team.  In this role, you’ll work closely with the account and creative teams to lead production of all paid advertising placements (print/digital), FOH/outdoor, motion, social media content, email marketing, websites and more.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced project management expert who thrives in a startup environment and wants to shape the future of performing arts marketing. If you enjoy listmaking, calendars and working with designers/creatives, we’d love to hear from you!

Please note: qualified candidates must be based in the greater NYC area. We encourage collaboration by working a minimum of 2 days per week in the office, while also offering flexibility for employees to choose where they work for the rest of the week.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Efficient Project Management – Successfully manage multiple concurrent projects, consistently meeting deadlines while prioritizing work effectively.
  • Cross-Team Alignment – Facilitate clear, proactive communication across internal teams, ensuring smooth campaign execution with minimal last-minute changes.
  • High Client Satisfaction – Support strong client relationships by delivering organized, accurate, and timely updates that build trust and reliability.
  • Error-Free Execution – Maintain exceptional attention to detail, contributing to digital campaigns launching with zero asset or trafficking errors.
  • Forward-Thinking & Creative Problem Solving – Anticipate needs and plan ahead to avoid last-minute scrambles; when roadblocks arise, proactively develop creative solutions to keep projects on track.

What You’ll Do:

  • Managing a project from briefing to completion – consolidating clients needs, assigning designers to a project (internal/external), creating timelines and ensuring deadlines are met. (And building contingency plans when needed!)
  • Creating and implementing workflow and project management processes to make for a smooth, efficient project lifecycle
  • Look ahead at media/marketing calendars to proactively anticipate workload and deliver projects on deadline, or in advance whenever possible
  • Collect and organize information in order to efficiently communicate and manage project schedules/budgets with clients, internal teams and external contractors.
  • Meticulously track freelancer/internal time spent on projects in real time to communicate budget status and ensure we are maximizing our billing, providing solutions for more efficient work flows and budgeting
  • Manage full QA testing of all digital properties
  • Collaborate with outside agencies on any larger projects that require integrated team cooperation
  • Attend client meetings as needed, capturing key action items, and relaying them to internal teams

We’re Looking for Someone With:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management leading delivery of complex, omni channel campaigns
  • Background in advertising or marketing, theatre or performing arts is a plus
  • Ability to define scope of work, end goals of project, deliverables and timeline for delivery.
  • Capacity to juggle multiple projects/deadlines while keeping a sharp focus on details.
  • A collaborative team player with a strong attention to detail.
  • Solution-oriented approach to problem-solving, driving exceptional client results.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, video/animation files delivery, website development process and domain/site structure.
  • Experience with print production, proofs and printing process.
  • Proficiency in Asana or other project management tools.
