Join our dynamic team as a Studio Assistant at Harrods, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our creative and e-commerce shoots across multiple locations.
This is a fixed-term contract until April 2026, working five days a week onsite at our City Road studio.
About the Role
As a Studio Assistant at Harrods, you will be an essential part of our creative workflow, working closely with both the Styling and Stock teams to ensure the smooth running of our studio operations. Reporting to the Senior Stylists, you will collaborate with various teams to facilitate e-commerce and creative shoots at our City Road Studio and Knightsbridge Store.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Creative Studio teams, including photographers, stylists, and production, to ensure seamless shoot operations across all sites.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as product requests, communication with stakeholders, and maintaining inventory accuracy through audits.
• Maintain organised and well-stocked storage of products, props, and kits, while managing department expenses and studio maintenance.
• Provide on-set support for e-commerce and creative shoots, including setting up, breaking down, and addressing ad-hoc requests.
• Ensure consistent maintenance of Styling Wardrobe, Props, and Kit, troubleshooting issues and improving studio workflows as needed.
About You
You are a proactive and motivated individual with a passion for creative work and luxury retail. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to learn from a dynamic team. Your ability to adapt to various tasks and collaborate with colleagues from different departments sets you apart. You take pride in maintaining high standards and contributing to a positive and productive studio atmosphere.
You will also have:
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent time management and the ability to multitask effectively.
• A positive, flexible attitude and a keen interest in fashion or luxury retail.
• The ability to work well within a team and under pressure.
• A background in creative studies or photography [ideal, but not essential].
