About Signify​

More about the role

The Design team consists of a team of 60+ creatives globally. We are responsible for all the design expressions of signify including product design, User Experience Design and Lighting Application Design.

Your challenge 

• Provide general assistant support, including travel arrangements, visa applications, and onboarding of new employees and interns.

• Organization and functional effectiveness of the design studio design studio.

• Assist with administrative tasks, such as creating and following up on purchase orders and acting as a contact point for suppliers.

• Community building of the team through knowledge sharing meetings (Show and Tell), events, team collaborations, social activities.

• Support Community building of the broader Design team, by including Designers outside the Design organization in specific meetings and events.

• Support of the design internal social and community platforms.

• Support marketing activities both internally and externally through social media tools.

• Support agenda, travel, meetings for design MT.

We are looking for

Our ideal candidate is a forward-thinking people person with a passion for the community you are supporting. As a Design Studio Assistant, you will provide daily organizational, administrative, and operational support to our design team. Next to that you will play an key role in the community pro-actively engaging with team in activities that bring people together, exchange and learn.
 

• At least 1 year of working experience.

• Proficiency in digital systems related to the assistant role, including generic software like Microsoft 365.

• Experience and understanding using and applying contemporary media tools such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok for communication.

• Ability to learn new systems quickly.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with an open and engaging personality.

• Proactive and independent approach to work.
