Are you the kind of person who loves keeping things organised, bringing people together, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks? As our Studio Assistant, you'll be the heartbeat of SMG, supporting with admin and operations, to team onboarding and events. This is a highly visible role, perfect for someone who takes pride in attention to detail and making things run seamlessly.
This is a 1-year fixed term contract and requires full Australian working rights. It offers a remote working option, but we do have offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide you could work from.
Core responsibilities:
Keep the studio running smoothly by managing day-to-day admin, internal communications and documentation.
Support with onboarding new starters, helping to set up systems and access, and maintaining up-to-date resources and "how-to" guides.
Coordinate travel, events, team activities, and studio celebrations, bringing people together and helping foster a positive team culture.
Be the point of contact for team requests; managing tickets, troubleshooting issues, escalating where necessary.
Provide operational support through inbox management, expense reconciliation, feedback reporting, and ensuring leaders are informed and organised.
