To support Personio on this journey and fuel our growth, we are seeking Strategy & Business Operations Working Students (d/f/m) who help the upper management implement company-wide projects and achieve goals in various departments.
Role Responsibilities: What you'll do
Working Student Customer Growth (Munich, Start 15.10.2024)

• Analyses & Reporting: Create Dashboards and perform data quality checks between Salesforce, Tableau, Sheets
• Forecasting: You are responsible to ensure smooth forecasting with all necessary data being available to the Team Lead
• Organisation: Support in organising team gatherings, events and other team activities as well as supporting the team lead in their operational task
• Initiatives: Support different Account Management initiatives, such as team workshops or strategic customer activities
• Projects: You work on topic-specific projects and key results for the Customer Growth Team

Your Learnings:

• Gain company wide insights by supporting cross-departmental projects and working with different stakeholders

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed
We are looking for a working student who lives a strong hands-on mentality and is eager to tackle various tasks to support the development and execution of our company's strategic initiatives.
Hard Skills:

• Currently pursuing a university degree in a related field (Business, Strategy, Innovation, Entrepreneurship)
• You have already gained some practical experience through internships in fast-paced, demanding environments like management consulting, big tech or startups
• You have experience in creating concise presentations in Microsoft Powerpoint or Google Slides
• English is required, as we are a European company

Soft Skills:

• You bring an independent and self-reliant work style with a strong hands-on mentality
• You demonstrate excellent people skills, including networking and team-orientation
• Showcase a strategic mindset, including problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative abilities, as well as curiosity and a desire to learn more
• Display the ability to collaborate in a team environment and effectively communicate with people at all levels of an organization.

Salary:

• Working Students: 20 hours per week; Bachelor 16€ per hour, Masters 17€ per hour
• Interns: 40 hours per week; 2,160€ per month
