The Role: How you'll make an impact at Personio

Are you ready to dive deep into the world of rewards and equity, where data meets people strategy? Our Rewards Team is looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Intern (d/f/m) who thrives on working with numbers and uncovering insights. In this role, you'll work across all pillars of our team, with a focus on compensation and equity.
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a specialized field, working closely with compensation experts and seeing the “people world” through a data-driven lens.

Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

Intern Rewards (Start: 01.02.2025; Location: Dublin, London or Munich)

  • Equity Operations: Deep dive into the management of equity. Support operations, calculate vesting schedules and manage equity-related employee processes.

  • Compensation: Assist in creating and maintaining salary benchmarks and rages and pull and analyze data for compensation evaluations and salary adjustments.

  • Financial Reporting: Assist in building financial reports and prepare payments.

Your Learnings:

  • Rare hands-on experience in rewards and equity—a niche area were HR and numbers meet.

  • Exposure to compensation data and its role in strategic decision-making.

  • Insights into the intersection of finance and people management.

  • Deep understanding of equity structures and their financial implications.

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

  • Current or completed studies in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics or a similar field.

  • You have gained your first experiences (e.g. as an intern or working student) with data analytics or have applied your analytical skills in other fast-paced companies

  • You are confident using Google Sheets or Excel

  • English is required, as we are a European company

  • You bring an independent and self-reliant work style with a strong hands-on mentality

  • You showcase a data-driven mindset, accuracy, as well as curiosity and a desire to learn more

Salary:

  • Working Students: 20 hours per week; Bachelor 16€ per hour, Masters 17€ per hour

  • Interns: 40 hours per week; Ireland: 2,210€ - Germany: 2,160€ - UK: £1,991 per month
