The People Insights & Technology (PI&T) team aims to unleash exponential people and business impact through data-driven decisions, surfacing actionable insights and embracing people-centric technology. We are seeking a highly motivated and creative intern to support our Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) S1 Social initiatives and other external reporting related activities. The ideal candidate will assist in research, data collection, reporting, and content creation related to social impact, employee engagement, human rights, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sustainability reporting and corporate social responsibility (CSR) within a dynamic and purposeful environment.
The opportunity

Conducting research on CSRD S1 Social requirements and best practices

Assisting in gathering and analyzing social impact data for reporting purposes

Supporting the development of sustainability reports, presentations, and communications

Collaborating with internal teams to enhance social sustainability initiatives

Monitoring industry trends and regulatory updates related to CSRD S1 Social

Who you are
-
An ambitious student currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Sustainability, Business, Social Sciences, or a related field (within 12 months prior to the start date).

You have strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights and support decision-making.

You possess excellent communication and writing abilities in English, with German proficiency considered a plus.

Passionate about social sustainability and corporate responsibility, with a strong interest in making a positive impact, and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

Proficient in Google Suite (GSheets, GSlides, GDocs); experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
