The Student Engineer role in the moulding department main responsibilities are to assist and complete process validation projects, develop solutions for continuous improvement projects, sustain a high level of quality standards within the manufacturing space and ensuring adherence to our high safety standards. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, will have a strong hands-on mentality and communication skills.

Assist in process validation activities within the moulding department
Build robust solutions for continuous improvement and "just do it" activities to optimise our manufacturing processes
Develop production procedures and practices that are safe and effective
Train operators in carrying out these processes

Required:
Currently undertaking a Bachelor's degree in an engineering field or similar
Enthusiasm
Interest in manufacturing and moulding
Strong communication skills
Preferred:
CAD knowledge
Data driven mindset
