As a Customer & Services Student (d/f/m) you will support us in providing our customers with the best possible product experience and service quality.
Role Responsibilities: What you'll do
Working Student Customer Services (Start. 01.11.2024, Munich) - German & Spanish speakers:
- Customer Projects: You will be responsible for your own Customer projects and support the projects of your team members
- Technical Setups: You will set up Payroll integrations in customer accounts
- Customer Support: You will introduce our Customers on the usage of payroll integrations and handle customer inquiries
- Knowledge Management: You will adapt Confluence Knowledge articles and presentations for the team

- Improve your resilience and boost your self-confidence by dealing with several stakeholders and/or customers
- Get creative and use your knowledge by analyzing technical problems and developing efficient solutions
- Get company-wide insights by supporting cross-departmental projects and working with different stakeholders
- Set a milestone for your future career by gathering significant working experience and connecting with colleagues from different backgrounds

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed
We are seeking interns and working students who effectively communicate and strengthen relationships with our customers. This includes the ability to listen to and understand their needs, and present solutions and products effectively.
Hard Skills:
- You are a registered student in an area such as Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable course of study
- You ideally have first experience in the areas of human resources, SaaS Sales, customer service, and/or in the startup industry
- You have experience in creating analysis in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- German is a must as we communicate with german customers only - but nevertheless English is our company language
Soft Skills:
- You demonstrate excellent people skills with strong communication and interpersonal expertise
- You have strong problem-solving skills and are able to adapt to changing situations and customer needs
- You are characterized by a structured and analytical way of working, with which you also solve complex tasks in a goal-oriented manner and accept new challenges
- You show a high degree of proactiveness, diligence, and a get-stuff-done mentality

Salary:
- Working Students: 20 hours per week; Bachelor 16€ per hour, Masters 17€ per hour
- Interns: 40 hours per week; 2,160€ per month
