Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Preparation and structuring of technical ship data (e.g., specifications, drawings) using Excel and ABBYY FineReader
- Verification, review, and assessment of prepared data for completeness and accuracy
- Creation of digital ship profiles and side views based on provided information, utilizing AutoCAD
- Integration of processed data into the MACS3 cargo calculator environment and the StowMan stowage planning software
- Support in the preparation and delivery of ship profiles as well as hardware to internal and external partners
- Documentation of work steps and maintenance of change logs
- Close coordination with responsible teams to ensure quality and compliance with defined standards
- Proficient use of Excel and ideally experience with ABBYY FineReader
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or willingness to learn quickly
- Technical understanding and attention to detail in data processing
- Reliable and structured working style
- Teamwork skills and strong communication
