About the role
We are looking for a proactive and analytical Student Helper to assist with data focused tasks across Flight Operations. This role offers valuable experience in maintaining dashboards, analysing operational data, and supporting statistical and optimization initiatives, with basic finance-related support as needed. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and enthusiastic about turning operational data into actionable insights.
What you’ll be doing
- Maintain and improve Power BI dashboards
- Assist in optimizing reporting tools and operational data flows
- Contribute to performance tracking and statistical analyses
- Collect, structure, and validate fuel usage data
- Analyse fuel consumption trends to support efficiency efforts
- Assist with basic expense processing and financial data entries
- Handle data entry, filing, and documentation tasks
- Support various projects and day-to-day operations
What we are looking for
- Currently enrolled in a university or college program in/around Copenhagen (required), preferably on your last years of your Bachelor’s degree or your first year of your Master’s degree
- Advanced digital skills with strong capabilities within programs such as Sharepoint, Excel, Power BI.
- A good ability to structure complex data and present it coherently.
- Fluency in English, written and oral.
- While English is our working language, some documentation will be in Danish. Consequently, good knowledge of Danish or another Scandinavian language is highly desired.
- A strong ability to work structured, independently, and with an attention to detail.
- Experience or interest in statistics, operations, or data science is a plus
