Student Assistant – People Data & Analytics

Key Responsibilities
As a Student Assistant in the People Data & Analytics team, you will play an important role in supporting core HR processes such as performance management (OPR), annual succession reviews (ASR), rewards, and recruitment. You will gain hands-on experience working with data and reporting tools while contributing to real-world HR decisions. Your main tasks will include:
- Creating and maintaining reports using Power BI and Power BI Report Builder
- Collaborating with stakeholders across the People Function to understand their reporting needs and develop tailored data solutions
- Supporting People Analytics Partners (PAPs) with report-related queries and data-driven insights
- Extracting and preparing reports from Workday to support various HR processes
- Using Microsoft Excel for data analysis, visualizations, and tracking metrics
- Assisting in maintaining a high standard of data quality and report consistency
You will be part of a dynamic, collaborative team that values curiosity, initiative, and attention to detail. You will also gain practical experience with enterprise tools such as Workday and Power BI—skills that are highly relevant in both HR and analytics careers.

Who We're Looking For
We are looking for a motivated and structured student who is eager to apply their academic knowledge in a professional context. You should be enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program within Human Resources, Business IT, Data Science, Economics, or a related field. Ideally, you have:
- A strong interest in data, analytics, and digital tools
- Basic experience with Power BI, Excel, or similar tools
- An ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to engage with a variety of stakeholders
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Practical Information
- Location: Copenhagen Headquarters
- Start date: ASAP/URGENT
- Working hours: Part-time (approx. 15–20 hours/week)
- The position is paid and we offer flexibility around exam periods and holidays.
