Group Sourcing and Procurement manages a global spend of EUR 2 bn on behalf of the ROCKWOOL Group. We are 100+ dedicated professionals based in various locations across the globe

You will become part of the Indirect team, consisting of people located in Denmark and Poland, managing a spend of 250MEUR and supporting our development of industry 4.0 manufacturing and further digitalization.

In this role you will have your workday in our office at Hedehusene supporting mainly our development project support, securing early involvement in projects, compliant and sustainable sourcing.
We will make sure that will be introduced to procurement as a profession and the challenging, communication demanding and very rewarding world of indirect procurement

What you will be doing

We offer a position of around 20 hours per week with flexibility to fit your schedule..
You will receive a wide variety of tasks such as:

  • Compliance of suppliers

  • Contract support

  • Benchmark calculations

  • Supplier checks

  • Markets search

  • Presentation formats

  • Working within our procurement tools

We are looking for a person who is curious, proactive, and analytic, and who wants to be a part of a dynamic team of enthusiastic colleagues, who are always ready to help and delivers high quality work.
We imagine that your studies are within the fields of business, management, or technology.

We imagine that you:

  • Have an interest in procurement and/or project management

  • Work independently and have a strong drive to succeed

  • Have strong analytical capabilities and is interested in learning

  • Are proactive with good communication skills

  • Proficient written and verbal English

  • A basic knowledge in supply chain management and Lean will be an advantage.
