We are seeking two enthusiastic Student Assistants to join our “Recipe Driven Operation” team in Drug Substance Manufacturing in Hillerød. This role offers an opportunity to take responsibility and contribute significantly to our operations.
- Data entries in our own developed software.
- Breaking down work packages and identifying milestones and interdependencies between project deliverables and departments.
- Mapping “critical paths” and monitoring progress and facilitating critical technical discussions to prioritize tasks.
- Assessing resource load for required deliverables.
- Liaising between cross-functional project tracks for coordination and alignment on issue solving priorities and timing
About the position
The Digitalization Manufacturing supporter making sure the recipe driven operations (RDO) run as efficiently as possible and ensuring any changes are implemented carefully.
You will contribute to the continuous improvement of workflow within the RDO project organization to ensure high-paced execution. Additionally, analyzing tracks and identifying critical issues will be part of facilitating the digitalization process.
Qualifications
We are looking for responsible, conscientious individuals ready for professional development. You should be capable of working independently and within a team. Additional qualifications include:
- Strong IT and quality mindset with a willingness to seek help when needed.
- A service-minded profile.
- Fluency in English is required as we are an international company.
Up to 15 hours per week, flexible hours to accommodate exam schedules and other commitments.
