About The Role – This position offers the opportunity to take part in Digital Transformation; where we identify, define, develop, and implement the mix of process, technology, and culture to improve the customer’s experience with personalized yet automated digital journeys.

You will be doing
- Assisting Product Owners with General Feature Enhancements user stories
- Assisting Product Owners in developing, planning, implementing, and evaluating various innovative projects on CRM
- Supporting Product Owners and Leaders with analyses, data insights and reports
- Analysing commercial data and opportunity pipeline to build solid business cases
- Orchestrating status meetings and summarizing progress updates
- Assisting with administrative tasks when needed for offsites or other department tasks
- Taking part in everyone having FUN at work

- We welcome applications from students on either bachelor’s or master’s degrees.
- Can do attitude and a desire to learn alongside a willingness to take ownership
- Ability to handle ambiguous situations with excellent communication skills
- Skills in data analytics, preferably with competences in Excel, PowerBI or similar.
- Interest in learning about new technologies including Salesforce.com
- Flexible on working hours (15-20 hours/weekly) at our office at Esplanaden, Copenhagen.
