As a Product Manager in Trade & Working Capital ("TW&C") with a focus on Structured Working Capital (SWC) & Export & Agency Finance ("EAF") you will have accountability and ownership for product governance. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
TW&C is a division of J.P. Morgan Payments. TW&C connects counterparties with market-leading Supply Chain Finance, Receivables Finance, Contract Monetization, Working Capital Lending, EAF, and Traditional Trade solutions.
Job responsibilities
  • Manage product level governance and risk and control environment, including product approvals, renewals, expansion and cross functional collaboration with Risk, Legal, and Compliance
  • Collaborate with the risk & control management for the development or expansion of SWC/EAF products through a structured change management process (e.g. product capabilities, onboard products/booking locations/benchmarks/currencies).
  • Ensure product has obtained required regulatory, controls, and compliance signoff prior to expansion and ongoing renewals/updates.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for 2 nd line risk and product control partners, regulators and local governance bodies & engage with regulatory capital team and completes renewal of CRR opinions
  • Own, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
  • Lead on firmwide internal projects impacting existing portfolio as and when required
  • Update Originators/Execution Control on regulatory developments impacting origination, structuring, execution and distribution of deals.
  • Work closely with SWC transactors to facilitate early deal closing through engagement with key stakeholders.
  • Maintain and updates EAF KYC Matrix, Know Your Product documentation, Product Catalogue Governance, internal website as appropriate
  • Lead on development of procedures to ensure adherence to firmwide policies in relation to all aspects of the business including origination, execution & distribution and owns the control testing.
  • Lead on revenue reconciliation and attribution tasks & build the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Able to demonstrate relevant level of experience or equivalent expertise in Export & Agency Finance and Receivables Finance or Securitization
  • Ability manage multiple deadlines across complex initiative dealing with different stakeholders.
  • Experience in working on innovative solutions for clients and developing the product to address bespoke client and market needs
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Exceptional organization, communication, and management skills
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability manage multiple deadlines across complex initiative dealing with different stakeholders.
