Role Description & Responsibilities

As a Structural Simulation Developer you will deliver world class simulation apps, working in the Johnston, Rhode Island office (remote work is not an option, however we provide a hybrid work model - 3 days onsite, 2 days work from home). This R&D software development position focuses on the C++ graphical user interface of the Abaqus solver, within the CAD & PLM integrated 3DEXPERIENCE platform. Customers range from design engineers to simulation experts, compelling the translation of finite element analysis terminology into an intuitive user experience. Teamwork with colleagues worldwide, collaborating on solutions, and implementing high quality software are requirements for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering

• 3-5 years experience developing commercial software
