We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Systems Engineer - Infotainment Engineer to join our team.

Your Role

We are looking for Structural Analysis Engineer (FEA) who is driven by passion to excel and provide innovative solutions. Structural analysis engineer is responsible for detailed Structural analysis to support all phases of programs including development and production.

  • Structural design reliability, Raise upfront design risks
  • Propose/develop design improvement & risk mitigation plans
  • Cost saving ideas for the application of the customer projects for world-class vehicle systems
  • Active participation in technical innovation and organization program
  • Develop/participate in new technology development, enhance APTIV intellectual properties and branding by filing patents, trade secrets, publications

Your Background

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering graduate BE/ B. Tech / ME/ M. Tech (Electronics / Electricals / Computer)
  • 8-12 years of Structural Analysis Experience (FEA)
  • Experience in Design and development of new products using Basic Mechanical knowledge and automotive specifications
  • Hands on experience on Linear/Nonlinear/Vibration/Transient physics/Thermal mismatch Analysis
  • Stress and strain based fatigue life estimations
  • Hands on experience using at least one of these tools Ansys, Abaqus, Hypermesh, Optistruct
  • Basic understanding of CAD tools e.g. UG-NX etc.
  • Strong fundamental knowledge of Engineering Mechanics, Materials and Mechanical Vibrations
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong interpersonal skills, working in a team environment, Positive attitude
  • Good English knowledge.
  • Experience in Automotive Electronics Product Structural Simulations
  • Experience in mechanical testing: Planning, organization, execution, data reduction and correlation
