Red Bull Sales teams are all about making sure that whenever consumers want a Red Bull can, it is always close at hand regardless of where they stand across the globe. They do this via our two channel-oriented sales teams: Off Premise and On Premise.
Striker is responsible for the development and management of execution strategies at the point of sale. This involves strategic planning, efficient allocation of resources and materials, building relationships with store managers, and finding creative solutions to address their customers' daily challenges. The main objectives are to increase execution indicators, resulting in higher sales and market share for the stores under their responsibility.
Job DescriptionEXECUTION
The coordinator is responsible for creating the execution plan for the region and its development throughout the quarter, achieved through store-by-store negotiations. They will also need to engage the DP (Distribution Partner) team and the third-party merchandising agency in maintaining the execution levers.
PARTNERSHIP
Acting as the point of contact to facilitate negotiations and implement strategic plans for the retail chains.
TRAINING
Striker is in charge of training the merchandise team in the concepts of "Perfect Store" and execution negotiation. Training will take place through monthly meetings and coaching routes.
