Job Description
- Engineering graduate with 5-10 years of professional experience working with GE Aero Engines with good structural stress analysis experience
- Sound knowledge in FEA fundamentals, Engineering concepts and applications
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- 2D & 3D Finite Element modeling of simple, moderate and complex components (Hexahedral & tetrahedral elements)
- Linear and non-linear static stress analysis (Geometric, Material and contact Linearity)
- Modal, Harmonic and transient Dynamic stress analysis
- Strength, stability and Durability of components
- Damage tolerance analysis to estimate fracture life
- Experience in programming knowledge will be an added advantage
- Organize kick-off meetings with customers to understand the project requirements
- Provide technical assistance and guidance to team members as needed
- Daily/weekly communication with clients, team and other stakeholders on project progress
- Review and approve all analytical models and documents
