Location: Gurgaon, India
Role:  Support Streaming Program Strategy team through series and scheduling data analysis and scheduling support in playout system.
You:  Love watching TV and videos, and want to understand how, why and what viewers watch.
Daily Responsibilities
  • Support the Streaming TV program strategy team through analysis of program level data and current program scheduling flow with recommendations to improve and optimize both series and schedule flow.
  • Handle one-off data requests that can be pulled from data dashboards
  • Understand sources for program level data, ie which platforms provides which data
  • Manage, build, and maintain programs and schedules inside streaming tv programming scheduling and delivery systems.
  • Generate and disseminate detailed daily and weekly programming reports.
  • Coordinate and schedule promotional assets effectively within the programming scheduling systems.
  • Other projects supporting the program strategy and scheduling team to drive audience growth.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably data analysis
  • Data analytics experience preferred and advanced Microsoft excel data skills and charting
  • Experience with CMS applications and managing metadata within them.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Passion for Social video and TV programming.
  • Able to practice confidentiality and discretion with multiple accounts and information.
  • Personality profile to fit into a high-growth, entrepreneurial culture that requires teamwork and significant interaction with employees at all levels.
  • Experience with Google Suite, Microsoft, Teams and MS Office product suite skills
