What you'll bring:
- Work with client teams, UX, business stakeholders, clients to understand the primary business problems and articulate well defined user stories basis personas of the desired system.
- Should be able to understand the behavior of small - complex web-based applications and apply that knowledge towards articulating user stories and its business scope.
- Perform low level discovery to breakdown high level business requirements into written detailed requirements consumable by web development engineering teams.
- Participate in scrum meetings to provide clarity on requirements and acceptance criteria at requirement level.
- Conduct requirements review sessions and discussion sessions. Conduct user interviews (as needed) and be able to prepare interview discussion guides.
- Ramp up on the overall operating model of the custom applications development space.
- Manage and track requirement change requests and backlog
- Articulate requirements with the help of functional flow diagrams wherever applicable.
- Work with client teams to get an agreement on scope of changes and enhancements to existing applications.
- Must be able to explain design decisions to their peers and articulate the advantages and risks of their decisions to senior managers. This is a hands-on position requiring strong analyst skills.
- Work with development team's system release notes, training material and user guide updates and creation.
- Must be able to give demo of the applications to client teams when required.
What you'll bring:
- 4+ years of experience for Sr. Business Analyst.
- Strong analytic, problem solving, and software applications understanding
- Initiative and drive to contribute and collaborate with teams
- Passion for solving business problems via technology and application driven solutions is a must
- Understand of technology is desirable
- Excellent organizational and task management skills
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work in global cross-office teams
- Advanced critical thinking skills
- Fluency in English is required
