The Role
We're hiring a Stream Content Editor whose primary responsibility is finding, editing, and packaging the most engaging moments from livestreams into high-performing content for paid advertising and organic social media.
You understand pacing, storytelling, internet humor, retention editing, and what makes people stop scrolling. You can recognize moments that entertain while naturally showcasing a product.
You'll review hours of livestream footage, identify standout moments, and transform them into compelling short-form videos optimized for performance.
What You'll Own
Review livestream recordings to identify the most engaging, entertaining, and authentic moments.
Edit clips into short-form content for paid social advertising and organic channels.
Create multiple variations of top-performing clips for testing.
Add captions, motion graphics, sound effects, zooms, and pacing edits that improve viewer retention.
Identify moments where RYZE product placement feels authentic and compelling.
Collaborate with Performance Marketing to optimize content based on campaign results.
Organize and maintain a searchable library of livestream content.
Recommend new editing styles based on platform trends and performance data.
Continuously improve workflows to increase editing speed without sacrificing quality.
Stay current on trends across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and creator content.
What We're Looking For
Someone with 2+ years editing short-form social or creator content, with a strong portfolio that proves high-retention editing — not just technical skill, but an instinct for what makes people stop scrolling. Experience working with livestream footage specifically is a big plus.
You're fluent in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools, and you can spot viral potential before content is published. You know how to use captions, motion graphics, sound effects, zooms, and pacing to hold attention, and you understand paid social creative best practices well enough to edit toward performance, not just polish.
You're highly organized, detail-oriented, and fast — able to turn around multiple variations of a top-performing clip for testing without sacrificing quality.
A Note on Experience
We value short-form and creator-content editing experience across a range of platforms and formats. For this role, we're looking for someone who has built a portfolio of high-retention edits, understands what performs in paid social, and can turn raw footage into content that converts.
