Job Description

The Strategy Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing strategic projects that drive organizational growth and efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and corporate stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with our company’s strategic objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities

Project Leadership:
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Guide project teams and ensure clear communication of project goals, milestones, and expectations.

Strategic Planning:
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define project objectives and strategic priorities.
• Analyze and interpret data to inform strategic decision-making and project planning.

Stakeholder Management:
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and business partners.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to drive alignment and gather feedback.
• Prepare for and facilitate monthly strategic initiative update meetings with senior leadership.

Performance Monitoring:
• Track project progress and performance against established metrics and KPIs.
• Identify and address risks, issues, and potential roadblocks to ensure project success.
Reporting and Documentation:
• Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Document project processes, decisions, and changes to maintain transparency and knowledge sharing.

Continuous Improvement:
• Evaluate project outcomes and gather lessons learned to improve future project management practices.
• Promote best practices and innovative approaches to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.


Experience: 5+ years of strategic planning and/or project management experience, with a proven track record in managing strategic projects.


Skills:
• Strong project management skills, including proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with data analysis and strategic planning.
Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is a plus
