Key Responsibilities:
- Cross-functional Project Management:
- Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams from various departments related to Infrastructure on projects requiring coordinated efforts.
- Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs) while aligning with business goals.
- Manage project dependencies, risks, and issues, ensuring timely resolution and communication to stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members from different functional areas.
- Understand the customer pulse in respective to Services, and understand the requirement if any new project requirement comes up.
- ITIL Implementation and Governance:
- Implement and maintain ITIL framework across the organization, ensuring adherence to best practices for service management processes like incident management, problem management, change management, and service level management.
- Conduct process analysis and optimization to improve service delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to ITIL processes, including workflows, procedures, and knowledge base.
- Service Level Agreement (SLA) Management:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and negotiate SLAs for IT services.
- Monitor service performance against SLAs, identify potential issues, and take corrective action as necessary.
- Communicate SLA status updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, understanding their needs and aligning IT services accordingly.
- Proactively communicate project updates, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders.
- Manage expectations and address concerns from different departments.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the ITIL framework.
- Analyze data and metrics to measure service performance and identify areas for enhancement.
- Lead initiatives to implement improvements and optimize IT service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of ITIL framework and its core processes
- Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and teams
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to facilitate teamwork across diverse departments
- Project management expertise with ability to define timelines, track progress, and manage risks
- Analytical skills to interpret data and identify areas for improvement
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with service management tools and reporting platforms
