Strategy & Performance Manager - Quick Commerce

This role will be based in either Hong Kong or Taiwan and will be part of our local market team. In this position, you will support our Quick Commerce leaders by monitoring business performance and collaborating closely with key stakeholders across various functional teams. You will be responsible for managing the monthly reporting process with senior stakeholders both locally and regionally, and play a pivotal role in tracking progress across key strategic priorities, particularly for cross-functional topics within our foodpandamall or pandamart business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collate information and build presentations for monthly/quarterly reporting purposes to local and regional senior management.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders across finance, marketing, pricing, and logistics to define and track shared OKRs and KPIs.
• Define timelines and track progress of key initiatives, communicating milestones and deliverables to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
• Provide insights and commentary on business performance to the Quick Commerce regional performance team for upwards reporting to C-Level management.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science or a related field

• 4+ years of relevant experience, preferably in high-growth start-ups, tech, eCommerce, management consulting, strategic business development

• Proficient knowledge of SQL, experience in using Looker Studio, and Tableau is an advantage.

• Fundamental understanding of e-commerce/e-market places and are capable of driving projects to add value to the company

• Good understanding from both technical and business perspectives, including user behaviour, customer segmentation, or any predictive analytics

• Strong communication skills with fluency in English and Cantonese; 

• Process-oriented and problem-solving attitude as well as strong organization skills and hands-on mentality

• Desire to work in a vibrant and fast-paced environment with high-quality standards and tight deadlines
