We’re looking for an exceptional Strategy Partner to work directly with Loka’s Chief Innovation Officer on company growth and team strategy. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong organizational and communication skills and technical aptitude. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and/or operational roles and experience supporting executives.  


The Role

  • Act as a strategic advisor to the Chief Innovation Officer. 
  • Represent CIO in meetings and via email and phone calls with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage the CIO’s calendar and schedule.
  • Draft letters, emails, reports and other correspondence on behalf of the CIO.
  • Support CIO in meetings by taking notes and assuming responsibility for completion of action items.
  • Liaise between CIO and other executives, clients and stakeholders to ensure consistent communication and timely decision-making.
  • Ensure timely and effective completion of CIO projects and initiatives.
  • Research and recommend new and revised policies and strategies.
  • Create and maintain systems and processes to streamline operations.
  • Establish standards and procedures for hiring and managing office staff and personnel for the CIO.
  • Maintain accurate confidential files and data records.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • English language fluency - Being a global team, we work entirely in English for meetings, customer calls and business communications

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or similar field
  • 3+ years in a business or executive management role
  • Track record of organizing and directing multiple teams and departments
  • Experience with reporting and analytics
  • Past experience at a tech company preferred
  • Clean criminal record
  • 4 hours daily overlap with US time zone (8 AM-12 PM Pacific Standard Time)
