Strategy & Ops Manager

As Strategy & Operations Manager, you will be part of a high-performing team working on projects that are critical to finmid’s growth and financial infrastructure. You will have a wide-reaching role covering areas such as financial planning, capital markets, and business operations. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, is comfortable with numbers and strategy, and wants to work cross-functionally with finance, product, commercial, and investor-facing teams.

• Analyze key drivers of our business, uncover opportunities, and support strategic decisions with data and insights

• Drive cross-functional projects with stakeholders from Capital Markets, Finance, Product, and Tech

• Support the execution of financing transactions and manage investor communications and reporting

• Own forecasting models and help evolve our planning and performance tracking processes

• Collaborate on internal and external reporting deliverables, including Board presentations

• Conduct ad hoc analysis and support operational excellence across the company

• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking or top-tier management consulting

• Intellectually curious, fast-learning, and thrive on solving complex problems

• You are hands-on and action-oriented, you’re not afraid to build slides one hour and join a client call the next

• You are excited by ambiguity and prefer to create structure rather than wait for it

• Have strong analytical thinking and excellent communication skills (English required, German is a plus)

• Have a bias for ownership; you treat the business like it's your own
