About the Role

This is not your average ops role. You’ll live at the intersection of product, innovation, and rapid execution, leading bold initiatives that push the boundaries of what’s possible. No dental background? Even better. We're looking for curiosity, creativity, and an obsession with making the impossible real - fast.
What You'll Do
Lead the development and execution of new programs and operational capabilities that set new standards in aesthetics, technology, and customer experience
Design, prototype, and launch first-of-their-kind processes and systems that combine tech, talent, and taste to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
Lead high-velocity experiments to uncover breakthrough solutions to improve aesthetic quality—move fast, stay scrappy, and embrace smart risk.
Collaborate deeply with Product, Design, Engineering, and Production teams to deliver innovative, scalable solutions that make working with Dandy a no-brainer.
Translate bold ideas into concrete pilots, then iterate, refine, and operationalize them at scale.
Act as an internal founder—rally teams, break through walls, and take ownership from 0 → 1 → scale.
Stay on the pulse of customer expectations, market trends, and aesthetic innovation to inspire the next wave of initiatives.
Use data to tell compelling stories, model trade-offs, and drive decision-making across the organization.

What We're Looking For
5–7 years of experience in entrepreneurial operations, strategy, consulting, product launch, or a similarly fast-moving, cross-functional role.
Proven track record of building, launching, and scaling new initiatives with measurable impact.
Strong ability to influence executives and galvanize teams around a vision.
Highly comfortable with tech tools, workflow automation, and rapid prototyping.
You love spreadsheets, but you also care about how things look and feel.
Fearless in the face of ambiguity—you turn chaos into clarity and momentum.
Deep entrepreneurial mindset: biased toward action, obsessed with outcomes, energized by the thrill of building new things.
