What this role is about: 

We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and results-driven Strategy & Operations Director to drive high-impact partnerships, enhance organizational effectiveness, and lead transformational initiatives across the company. This highly visible role offers the opportunity to lead impactful projects while working closely with executive leadership. Reporting to the SVP of Strategy & Operations, the ideal candidate brings strong strategic thinking, analytical expertise, operational acumen, and exceptional communication skills.

What you’ll do: 

  • Partner with senior leadership on strategic planning, M&A, and organizational improvements
  • Lead relationships with key partners to drive innovation, market opportunities, and long-term collaboration
  • Manage strategic discussions with internal and external stakeholders to align on priorities and drive execution
  • Leverage AI tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and improve decision-making
  • Oversee program management for high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that advance critical company priorities
  • Track and assess the impact of transformation initiatives, refining strategies to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to teams across the organization

What we’re looking for in our ideal candidate: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
  • 10+ years professional experience; 7+ years of experience in consulting, operations, or a related field, ideally in a technology-driven or fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of and passion for AI, with the ability to leverage AI tools to improve workforce efficiency and streamline operations
  • Proven experience leading or contributing to successful transformation initiatives
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex challenges and develop actionable solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally
  • Proven success with program management and process improvement
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships and collaborating effectively across teams
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset, problem-solving skills, and a strong sense of ownership

Starting pay for a successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include experience, relevant skills, training, education, location, business needs, or market demands. The salary range for this role is $200,000 - $230,000, based on experience. This role will also be eligible to receive a target bonus and equity options.
